It was very interesting to note that not all 35 fonts on the Apple
LaserWriter+ actually exist. Adobe seems to have squeezed a lot more than
control points in order to get them into the ROMS. One look at the following
FontMatrix entries on the LaserWriter+ convinced me that these fonts are not
what they should be.

ItalicAngle: -10.5
/AvantGarde-BookOblique [0.001 0 0.000185339 0.001 0 0 ]
/AvantGarde-DemiOblique [0.001 0 0.000185339 0.001 0 0 ]

ItalicAngle: -12
/Courier-BoldOblique [0.001 0 0.000212557 0.001 0 0 ]
/Courier-Oblique [0.001 0 0.000212557 0.001 0 0 ]

ItalicAngle: -12
/Helvetica-BoldOblique [0.001 0 0.000212557 0.001 0 0 ]
/Helvetica-Oblique [0.001 0 0.000212557 0.001 0 0 ]

Helvetica-Narrow probably don't exist at unique fonts.

/Helvetica-Narrow [0.00082 0 0 0.001 0 0 ]
/Helvetica-Narrow-Bold [0.00082 0 0 0.001 0 0 ]
/Helvetica-Narrow-BoldOblique [0.00082 0 0.000174297 0.001 0 0 ]
/Helvetica-Narrow-Oblique [0.00082 0 0.000174297 0.001 0 0 ]

So 35 (claimed) - 6 (hacked italic) - 4 (mythical narrow) = 25 fonts
