Hi

Ther are many converters that transform many a format to PS. Are there any 
converters that convert PS to another format, say DVI? The reason I ask is 
that some of us do not have access to a PS printer, just a poor old kyocera.

GhostScript will `convert' from PostScript to a number of other `formats',
e.g. HPGL, Epson FX-80, X11, VGA, etc...

I would like a kind of specialized tool: 
for exemple converting results of dvips to ascii text (unformated) 
for indexing. Many tech reports are available from the net in postcript-only version and being able to obtain the bibliography on electronic form would be 
interesting. 
What is the best available way ?
A wais server tries to do that, but I am far from impressed by the quality of the 
conversion process. 
(email answer prefered)
