Would someone please tell me if this newsgroup has a Frequently Asked
Questions List (FAQ) and if so, how to get it if it is not regularly
posted? E-mail response is OK, but I suspect a posted response would
benefit other new readers who may have the same question. Thanks in
advance.

I've not seen an FAQ posted here in a long time. A have a copy of one that
was posted in Dec. 91 with a line that says:

Version 1.06 Last Changed 5-29-91

If nothing more current shows up, let me know and I'll mail you a copy.
Of course, if everyone is in need, I'll post it.
