It's probably in the FAQ, but, I have a copy of an error
handler from fred@nada.kth.se.  It's about 10k and, as it
was posted here on 90/04/04, I don't know if I should post
it.  I'll email it to everyone who mails directly to me. (I
don't always read this group.

Fred did an excellant job with this and it even dumps the
section of the file that is in error as well as the
contents of the stack at the time.

Thanks Fred for an awesome debugging tool.
