converting from PostScript (ps) to Encapsulated PostScript (eps)

I'm looking for a utility that would read a PostScript file and insert
a BoundingBox line with the correct numbers for x1, y1, x2 and y2.
I suspect that this actually what many of the recent inquiries about
postscript to encapsulated postscript conversion have been about.
I read through the FAQ and found references to two utilities:

	bbfig
	epsinfo.ps

I was unable to locate them on any of the machines here and I don't
have access to archie (or xarchie) to go browse FTP sources.
Anybody know where I could get these utilities? Or, know where some
other utility that does the same thing can be found?
Since we are looking at hundreds of files from dozens of screen capture
and art generation packages, the manual method of printing out each
postscript file, measuring the bounding information and inserting the
BoundingBox line in the file is not particularly appealing!

I'm also looking for a screen capture utility that can capture screens
from applications running on a Sun workstation using OpenWindows
or OpenLook and produce encapsulated PostScript files for inclusion
in troff text files. It seems that utilities that produce eps
files can't capture application screens in the OpenLook or OpenWindows
environment on the Suns. And, utilities that do work in that
environment don't produce eps files (i.e., no BoundingBox line, etc.).
Any pointers to a screen capture program that does both would be
greatly appreciated.
