Hi,

I received a PostScript file form someone, but when I print it on my
LaserJet IIIsi Postscript, a lot of quotes appear. They occur only
in places where the text within () contains a newline.

PLEASE E-MAIL YOUR ANSWER DIRECTLY TO ME, AS I CAN NOT READ THIS NEWSGROUP

example:

%!PS-Adobe-3.0
%%Creator: Windows PSCRIPT
%%Title: Microsoft Word - S4_PREPS.DOC
%%BoundingBox: 17 19 595 774
...
390 2057 1631 (Copyright \(c\) 1991 by the NorthWestNet Academic Computing
Consortium, Inc.) SB
333 2173 1746 (A product of NorthWestNet and the Northwest Academic Computing
Consortium, Inc.) SB
231 2782 1786 (event for incidental or consequential damages, direct or
indirect, resulting from the use of this document.) SB
...

The quotes appear between the words Computing"Consortium & or"indirect.

Can someone help me? They are very long files, and I do not feel like
manually removing all those newlines.

Thanks,
Gert.
