ALL-IN-1 PostScript table for DEC 2200-series lasers?

Does anyone out there have a printer table for DEC's
ALL-IN-1 that provides access to *ALL* of the fonts on the
PostScript card for DEC 2200 series laser printers?  The
"standard" PS table leaves out several fonts, including
Zapf Chancery and Zapf Dingbats, both of which are right
nice fonts.

If you know of such a table, please let me know via E-mail
(titus@dallas.sil.org).  If I hear of one, I will post the
info to both of these groups.  Thanks in advance.
