PostScript Encoding/Decoding Filters

Does anyone have any examples of PS files using
any of the Encoding/Decoding filters for images
(especially LZW, RunLength, CCITT, and DCT)?

We're trying to put together an output filter to
create Encoded PostScript to take advantage of
one of our Level 2 printers, but are finding that
the examples are pretty skimpy. The original
data is black and white, but if we can handle
creating that well, will try for grayscale and
	color.

	thanks,

	Mark
