Once upon a time there was a version of C-Prolog
running on 3b2 at Olivetti - it was more or less
free for universities.

Then they (well, we) moved from 3b2 to Olivetti LSX -
and from C-Prolog to Quintus Prolog - and I moved
away from Olivetti.

So I do not know whether you will be able to find
what you need.
