I have tried to install scheme version 6.1 on a HP9000/840 and I have
successfully compiled the microcode. However I have a small problem. I
do not have a scheme.bin file, nor a sbuild.bin file. I have not found
a way to create this file despite that I have read through all the
documentation I have. The scheme interpreter does the following if
there is no scheme.bin file:

	caesar 26: scheme
	scheme
	Scheme Microcode Version 10.2
	MIT Scheme, unix [hpux (V)] version
	^AH (CTRL-A, then H) shows help on interrupt keys.
	
	Microcode Error: code = 0x10; Bad error handlers vector.
	
	**** Stack Trace ****
	
	  ...: "/u3/gnu/scheme/runtime/scheme.bin"
	Return code: [RETURN_CODE END_OF_COMPUTATION]
	Expression: ()
	
	No handler for error code: 16

If a NULL file is created:
	caesar 27: touch ../runtime/scheme.bin

The following happens:
	
	caesar 28: scheme
	
	Scheme Microcode Version 10.2
	MIT Scheme, unix [hpux (V)] version
	^AH (CTRL-A, then H) shows help on interrupt keys.
	
	Microcode Error: code = 0x18; Bad error handlers vector.
	
	**** Stack Trace ****

	Return code: [RETURN_CODE END_OF_COMPUTATION]
	Expression: ()
	
	No handler for error code: 24
	caesar 29: 

I have got the impression that this file should exist on the
distribution tape. If it should, could someone send it to me by email
otherwise send me the instructions of how to create this file.
