user of VHDL from Univ. of Manitoba wanted

I got and installed VHDL from Univ. of Manitoba, but I have some
difficulties in using it:

  1."use components;" is not correctly identified.

  2.How to use the Xilinx library is not clear.

Is anyone using that package?
