I'm using VB for Windows PDS.  I need a DLL that will allow to 
talk to a DSP board that's mapped at 608h on the expansion port.

I'm trying to write a data aquisition program that will display 
a data plot using a GUI or a second party library.  Is any one
familiar with DLL's?
