I have a IBM Thinkpad 360CS, 33mhz, 8 RAM, 250 hd. I am looking for:

1. The CPU upgraded processor 90 mhz or higher (I believe AMD makes it)
2. 16 RAM card
3. Hard Drive (preferably a 540MB or more)
4. Nimh battery (current specs: 355 and 360 series battery)

Used hardware welcome

Thanks for all your help!
