This probably is a FAQ, but I need to set up access to library resources
on a new Internet system, and my knowledge is of general academic
computing systems.

How can we access OCLC? Dialog? We would like to set it up so our
users, who are Ph.D. candidates in a non-resident program, can set up
their own searches. Also, what other resources are available?
