<<I've uploaded Spice32 for Windows NT & Windows 3.1.  I've included the
 Setup and necessary files to install Win32s so that NT binaries, such
 as this version of spice, will run on your Windows 3.1 system.

 Win32s is Microsoft's DLL which allows WindowsNT binarys to run, unmodified,
 on WIndows 3.1 systems.

 Win32s is still in beta, so ypu'll want to get a fresh copy when it's
 released.

 Spice32 my port of Berkeley's Spice, version 3e2, which is a powerfull
 circuit simulator.
