I am looking for references to papers, articles, etc. that describe
interactive scan-based testing tools similar to ASSET from Texas
Instruments. Such tools need not be limited to P1149.1 boundary scan.
In fact, references to any papers discussing control software for scan
would be appreciated.

If you know of any such references, please email them to me directly,
as I don't normally read this newsgroup, and thanks in advance.
