The subject says it all.  I need a program to convert from the
ISCAS89 benchmark circuit description format to EDIF so that I
can run fault simulation on the ISCAS85 circuits which I have
in ISCAS89 format.  I guess that EDIF versions of the ISCAS85
circuits would work just as well if anyone has them.
