Magic question: Using ext2spice for GaAs circuits

Hi,

I'm having a problem with using ext2spice to generate the
SPICE deck for magic layouts. It gives me MOSFETs instead of
MESFETs, the capacitances are way too large, and Schottky diodes
are treated as FETs with the drain and source tied up together.

Is their a special flag I need to use to generate the correct
SPICE deck? or, should I just modified the deck to represent the
correct circuit? If the later is true, why would this be any better
than just generating the deck by hand?

Thanks,
Blanca
