After finishing an article for Design Automation, I found out that the May issue of DA was the last. Since there is no other appropriate publication for the article, I thought someone on Usenet might be interested in reading it... Here's the abstract for it: The slow functional verification simulation problem encountered during the design of a dual-processor at Prime Computer is briefly examined. The integration of the Quickturn Rapid Prototyping Module In-Circuit-Emulator into the design environment is then described in detail. For those of you who haven't heard, the Quickturn system is basically a box of Xilinx gate arrays which can be programmed to look like an ASIC. Anyways, if anyone is interested in looking at the article, drop me a line and I'll send you a Postscript copy. Ken (kenyee@ksr.com or uunet!ksr!kenyee)
