I uploaded a bug fix of my spice circuit simulator for 
Windows NT / Windows 3.1

If your target system is Windows NT, get the spice41.txt, spice41.zip,
& spice42.zip

If your target system is Windows 3.1, also get spice43.zip, which contains
the Win32s components necessary for running Windows NT binaries on a
Windows 3.1 system.

You can get it at wuarchive.wustl.edu.

It's in the /pub directory.  Don't get the spice4.zip, which is old.
