Well, this is not the latest version of ELM, but a *patched* version fo ELM.
It is *not* supported by the ELM Developers Group.
Thus you will have to send your problems to the author of that patch.
Btw, I haven't heard from the author in quite a while - good luck!

I wonder whether the person that added ELMPGP to Linux knows that.

Must be compiled with METAMAIL and requires metamail to be installed, too.
