Hi Netters,

I have an interesting problem with elm under SCO ODT 2.0. I recompiled my
sources (that worked perfect under SCO ODT 1.1) and now the "sh.. hits the
fan".

Whenever I access my mail folder (in /usr/spool/mail), read something (or
delete or ...) elm afterwards tries to restore the old file permissions. And
here is where the trouble begins. The file permissions in /usr/spool/mail
should be:
 114 -rw-------   1 mrbulli  family     56673 May 03 09:02 /usr/spool/mail/mrbulli

But they are:
 114 -rw-------   1 100      root       56673 May 03 09:02 /usr/spool/mail/mrbulli

The same is true when I try to append a message to an existing folder in
$HOME/Mail.

I use gcc 2.4.5 to compile/link, I have installed elm as non-setgid (but I
tried it with setgid - same problem).
