My boss uses Eudora 4.2 on a Mac with an AOL connection to check/send the POP/SMTP based company email. Recently she mentioned that she is having problems with messages not arriving in her POP mailbox (people call and ask if she got the message they sent) or messages that she sends are not going getting to their destination (and are not being bounced back). She blames the mail server, but the same mail server is being used by other people with no problem. In fact, several other people are using Outlook Express on a Mac with an AOL connection to do check/send their company mail and they don't have a problem. Anybody have any ideas?
