I'm using 1.5.3 with MacOS 7.1 - and suddenly I can't send mail, but I'm receiving it OK. I get a timeout with "server not responding - connection came up halfway" when trying to send mail of any size. Mail goes out over Netscape, so my ISP says Eudora is hosed. I have not changed any settings recently. Rebuilding the desktop did not help. Downloading a new copy and reinstalling it did not help. The only unusual event was my trying to send a >2 Meg attachment two nights ago. My ISP can't handle such large mail messages, so it died. I broke it up into four smaller attachments, but only mailed two successfully. When I tried to mai the next two, the next day, I began to get the "server not found" messages.
