Hello,

I am having the problem outlined below but have just found out from 4
Sight that their current version of ppp does NOT support auto connect
althoght they tell me that Apple OT v 1.1.1 and ppp v 1.0 does!!

Where can I find these?

An email copy of any info would be appreciated..

ISDN Auto-connect with Mac using 4 Sight software problem!

I am told by 4 Sight that it is not possible to use the ppp software
which comes with their latest Internet software for the Mac to make a
dialup ISDN connection at predetermined intervals so that Eudora (or
any other Mac email software) can check for email on a pop3 server....

The ppp software does have an option for auto instead of manual but 
it did not appear to work, ie when I booted up the computer with 
Eudora and iSDN Manager (their latest version, v4) in the Start Up
group, Eudora was loaded but it did not cause the Mac to make an ISDN
connection.

OT 1.1.1 and OT/PPP come with System 7.6 (which has been faster and more
reliable for me than 7.5.2), and can also be found on Apple's FTP site
