pick from mh-e on full messages?

I'm just getting into mh. I tried plum a little, didn't figure
out how picking was supposed to work. I'm now trying mh-e.el inside
of Epoch. So far so good...
When I use mh-search-folder, is there a way to apply
the pick on full messages (pick -search)? Searching by headers
is nice, but not always sufficient. I'm using:
(setq mh-e-RCS-id "$Header: mh-e.el,v 3.6 92/01/21 18:34:50 gildea Exp $")
(setq mh-e-time-stamp "92/01/21 18:34:45 gildea")
May I please get some example .mh_profile and relevant .emacs sections
from some of you that have customized this stuff? Also, is anyone using
Epoch in such a way where you would have separate screens for scan
and show?

Ok, I figured it out...cool stuff.
Anyone extend this to save to more than one link at a time?
I figured out the part about using mh-pipe-message to
refile -link +this +that +other, now wondering if this same functionality
is within mh-e.el, or if I'm going to need to add it.
