My MH was built with the OVERHEAD option and passes MHFD and MHCONTEXTFD
to rmmproc.  Since the real rmm called from rmmer has an open fd on the
original .mh_profile, it doesn't bother to read $MH.  The result is
infinite recursion.

One solution:  Add "unset MHFD MHCONTEXTFD" to rmmer.

Better(?) solution:  Make MH programs obey $MH in spite of MHFD, etc.

Just to clarify, I'm discussing Jerry Peek's "rmmer", described in his
Nutshell Handbook.  (I got some commiserating mail from Jerry already.)
