🚀 go-pugleaf

I am very pleased to announce the public release of librfc1522
v0.9. This C library for Motif offers ability to convert a RFC1522
conformant character string into a Motif XmString, each segment of the
XmString being "tagged" with the "charset" of the corresponding area
of the RFC1522 string. This result, used in a Motif widget (XmLabel
for instance), offers internationalized rendering including direction
of printing (for iso-8859-8 in this version).

In v0.9, managed charsets are :

	iso-8859-[1-5,7-9], iso-2022-[jp,kr], viscii

Information about fonts availability is provided in the README file.
