Help! Setting up Newsserver, e-mail

Hi everyone,

I bought a Sun-Netra for hosting the web page for my office. The 
Netra came configured for e-mail and web server.

However, I am trying to set up Newsserver for our clients. Could 
you please direct me to the resources that can help me setup the 
news server. Please, be aware I am very,very new to Unix. 

I also need help in automatically forwarding mail to different 
address, if the user has an account on an another system...
