Has this thread been running long, and if so can some kind soul email me a
summary? I'm about to start on my MSc thesis, which among other things
involves a graphical front end to USENET news. Seems silly not to at least
explore some of the multimedia possibilities.

Are there any multimedia newsreaders out there yet? And if so, can I get
references. Again please email and I'll summarise if necessary. My current
sdchedule doesn't leave me much time for newsreading :-(

"Has anyone seen the secret of the universe?" said Zebedee, arriving. "I know I left it around here somewhere."
