Apparently I screwed up the patch server again trying to get all my mail
forwarded from ogicse to z-code.  As nearly as I can tell it is now
working once again.  I now have a local call to the internet so I'll be
able to keep track of things here a bit more consistently.  Sorry about
the problems.
