Or simply : ":mail -f" when you are positionned on the message to be
forwarded. ":mail -f <msg_number>" works fine too.

The use of "~f" [msg_list] option ("~", or whatever defined escape
character) is a bit different : it is useful when you want to include
the forwarded message or message list in a message you are sending to
somebody. In this case, your message will look like that :

[Your text]

--- Forwarded mail from somebody@...

[text of the forwarded message]

--- End of forwarded message from somebody@...

[Some more text, if any]
