I've been using mush 7.2.3 for some time.  There were a few problems
getting it to make, but all went well in the end.

Now I applied the patches to make it 7.2.4, and a new set of problems
appeared.  It seems worth asking if anyone else has solved these already.
I'm getting some grief amidst some ifdefs about POSIX support. Sound
familiar?  Is there more?
