Our LAN is connected to the Internet via an ISDN router.

Is there a way with Mercury / is there another product to make the
Netware server open the ISDN line and poll our Internet SMTP server once
an hour, or so, for new incoming mail and send outgoing mail?

Of course, I can set the workstations poll the SMTP server with POP
directly. Our telco would be happy to have 20 workstations do the
polling once an hour each. This would open the ISDN line 20 times an
hour.
