you can get lennart's last official IDA release...

	gatekeeper.dec.com:~ftp/pub/mail/ta/sendmail/ida-1.2.8.tar.Z

...which is just diffs and they apply to a very ancient version of sendmail.

you can get UIUC's latest "IDA" release...

	uxc.cso.uiuc.edu:/pub/sendmail-5.65c+IDA-1.4.4.1.tar.Z

...which is based on a much more recent version of sendmail.

you can get the latest "King James" release...

	gatekeeper.dec.com:~ftp/pub/mail/ta/sendmail/kjs.tar.Z

...which will someday be merged with the UIUC code and has at least all of
lennart's original IDA stuff.

or, you can get eric's latest (sendmail 6.8)...

	FTP.CS.Berkeley.EDU:~ftp/ucb/sendmail/sendmail.6.8.tar.Z

...which has several of the more interesting IDA features in it.
