I have taken over support of a system running sendmail.5.65.C with IDA
facilities for creating databases.  I have some questions concerning
the dbm command:

What is the difference between the "dbm make" and "dbm load" commands?

Can the "dbm load" command be run without running the "dbm make" command
first?

What is the function of the "link" command?  Must it be executed to have
the database facility function correctly?

Any information on this subject would be much appreciated.
