Using Radius with Sendmail

I am trying to set up Linux Red Hat 5.2 with sendmail 8.8.7 to use Radius for
email authentication. Radius is up and working fine because I use it to
authenticate dial in users. Can sendmail use Radius? What about POP3
servers? Cyrus IMAPd can use PAM, but how does that work? I would like to
keep using sendmail, but the POP3 side can change.

Any help appreciated.

Ian
