Michael, I was having a similar problem, until someone told me yesterday that I should check my /etc/hosts file. economatics.co.uk should follow the ip address in that file. I had "server.company.com" then "company.com" and all I wanted was "kjcox@company.com". I just reversed the two. Check this and see if it works. I'm just a newbie myself. Hope that helps.
