Hello, I am in the process to configuring sendmail and POP3, it will by permanently on the net. All seems fine exept for the fact that I cannot sent anything outside my domain (e.g. yahoo.com)! I found out that when I enter the foreign domain (yahoo.com) into the access file (/etc/mail/access), it all works. Does this mean that I have to enter every possible domain we are going to sent to? This is not convinient, I would think there is a work around? Can anybody enlighten me! Tanks,

Here's the answer... http://www.sendmail.org/~ca/email/relayingdenied.html If that doesn't solve your problems, post the related logfile entries, tell us which of those hosts (to=, relay=) in the entries are "yours" (or "trusted"), and list the anti-relay FEATUREs you use. -- If you feel the urgent wish to send me a courtesy copy of a Usenet posting, then make sure it's recognizable as such! The FAQ: http://www.sendmail.org/faq/ Before you ask.
