Boucing mail can not be stoppped, please HELP, URGENT !!!!

Hi,

There is e-mail boucing in and out on my sendmail, could you tell me how to
stop this, please.
This email as been bouncing back and forth for the last 5 days.

I check the mqueue on spooler directory, and its empty, I also check the
other user kerri, outgoing box on her pc is also empty.

I appreciated if any body could give me some directory on how to stop this
e-mail.
The rejection e-mail fill up kerri mail box, some time she gets about 100
e-mail aday for this rejection message.

I attach the maillog entry below.
