Best UUCP Service Provider in San Francisco Bay Area

Who in the south San Francisco Bay Area offers an excellent UUCP mail service along with excellent round the clock support? I would like to be very clear that Netcom's service SUCKS. We have routinely experienced downtimes on mail service in excess of 48 hours, and after 5p, and all-day on weekends, Netcom support personnel refuse to even talk to you if you are a UUCP customer. Netcom has cost our business so much time and money I cannot begin to explain. I think that a2i communications or Rahul Dhesi dhesi@rahul.net or www.rahul.net is second to none in UUCP including sophisticated spam defenses, filters, batching etc etc (more options that you care to explore, usually).
