Keyboard support in Windows 95 is better than Windows 3.1. Here's a couple
I found out just a couple days ago:

Open the start menu or make the button have the focus, and press
Alt+Spacebar. You can move and resize the taskbar with the keyboard. The
cooler trick is to press Alt+Hyphen when the start button has the focus.
You can now move and close the Start button itself with the keyboard.
Choose Move and press the arrow keys to move it. It will only stay put
until your taskbar is moved or resized, a button or tray icon is added or
removed, or if a tray icon changes (like the blinking lights on the modem).
If you close the start button, it stays closed until you restart Explorer
(press Ctrl+Esc. then Alt+F4 to get to the shutdown dialog, or press
Ctrl+Alt+Del, end task Explorer, click No, and click End Task. It will
reappear without shuting down).
