I am looking for a cost effective method to encode
mpeg.  Add on cards for Mac or 'PC clones', or
complete systems are being considered.  Does anyone 
know of hardware that is out, or about to release.  

Does anyone have information on "PC Hurricane".

This is for personal use.  My questions are not those
of the company I work for!
