Multiplexing elementary audio and video bitstreams into a MPEG
systems stream is somewhat system dependant. The PD software you
cite will create a valid systems stream, but it won't decode on every
system--for example, only a very specific subset of allowable MPEG
systems streams are supported by CD-i (and, hence, VideoCD).

If you want a multiplexer that will make a valid VideoCD multiplex,
contact OptImage [1501 50th St, West Des Moines, IA 50266,
(800)CDI-5484/(515)225-7000] about purchasing a copy of Philips'
"Pink" software. This software is used by many of the large MPEG
service bureaus (such as Laser-Pacific).

Say "Hi" to the former Amiga folks at Scala for me.
