One copy of Adobe Premiere 4.2.1 for Macintosh (the latest).  Registered 
to me but I will include a tranfer of ownership letter that you can send 
to Adobe.  $200.

I also have an unregistered copy of Adobe Premiere 4.0 (Macintosh).  You 
can send in the reg card for free upgrade to 4.2.1.  Also $200.
