They supplied a shareware disk that crashed Win95 every time he tried to
install something, with that old favourite "Cannot find COM32***.dll!".

In my personal opinion he got a very poor package from Time. He may have been
unlucky to receive such a broken PC, but their aftersales service was nothing
short of diabolical.

I've had good experiences with Dell, Express Micros, and Evesham Micros.
