I would like to present a story as a multimedia CD usable on
PCs. I would like some recommendations on Books, Articles, and
Tools for novice MM developers. I have been developing software
and software/hardware interfaces for a long time. However i am
an absolute novice at graphics, sound, video etc. So i don't
mind ploughing through technical material, 'slightly' incompatible
systems etc. but i need basic grounding on graphics, sound, video etc.

I realize that similar requests have been made on this newsgroup; i am
adding to the noise since i haven't seen any of the responses to
earlier requests.

Please mail me your responses and i will summarize and post.

thanking you in advance,

ramesh
