MSCDEX, what do the options mean?

I recently got a Soundblaster CD-ROM upgrade and found that the docs give little information concerning the MSCDEX options. Basically, I know what /E, /V, /M:, and /D: mean, but what are the /S and /K for? I also read there may be a /U option. Any help would be appreciated.
