G'day,
I'm looking for any information about the E! Enhancement board for the
original Yamaha DX7. These were made by an American company called
Grey Matter in the 80's.
So if anyone knows where I could get one, how much they're worth, or
if Grey Matter still exist how I could get in touch with them,
please let me know.
Thanks in advance,
--
Cheers:)

You can still get them from the US. Have a look in keyboard magazine in the back page classified, and just fax over to them... Actually it is called Real World Interfaces. The E! board is software enhancements and 4 banks of memory from a company called Grey Matter Response (which I think is a fantastic business name!). I cannot supply the E! board. Another poster on this newsgroup gave their address as : 15916 Haven Avenue Tinley Park, IL 60477 USA For the original DX7, I have software improvements, a sound quality improvement and 16 banks of voices. These are only available in Australia. They are not a kit - I need to work on the machine. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
