           CADNet (tm) - Online Services for CAD/CAM users.

     CADNet, created by M.I.B. Consultants Inc. (N.Y.), provides a
private access information exchange for the sole use of CAD/CAM software
users and systems people.  This includes users of products such as CADAM(tm),
AUTOCAD(tm), P-CAD(tm) or any other CAD/CAM system.  With CADNet you can
communicate with other CAD/CAM people worldwide.

     The CADNet system is composed of "user conferences" each dedicated
to a particular CAD/CAM software package or system.  New conferences are
added according to users' requests.  When logging on, users can choose
the conference to join in which they are pre-registered.  First time
users must pass through a short registration procedure.  Upon
verification by M.I.B. Consultants, first time users are allowed full
access to the CADNet conferences.  This insures the confidentiality
conference members may expect from one another.  Users, if they so
desire, may move among the conferences they are pre-registered in.

     Dial in from a computer or terminal connected to a modem anywhere
in the world.  Communication speeds (baud rates) supported are 300,
1200, 4800, or 9600.  In addition, if your modem supports MNP class 6
protocol, you can dial into CADNet at 19.2 kbaud.  File transfer
protocols supported are Kermit, Xmodem, XmodemCRC, Imodem, and Ymodem.

     The fee for CADNet service is reasonable and the first two weeks
